Jellyfish Props – Rental Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Jellyfish Props. By using our website, placing a rental order, making a payment, or collecting rented items, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Rental Reservations & Availability
All rentals are subject to item availability.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your booking is confirmed only after your order has been approved and payment (if required) has been received.
Jellyfish Props reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify an order due to item availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer a replacement, reschedule your booking, or provide a refund where applicable.
2. Rental Period
Your rental starts on the agreed pickup date and ends on the scheduled return date shown in your order confirmation.
Rental fees apply for the full rental period, even if the items are returned early.
If you need to extend your rental, please contact us in advance. Extensions are subject to item availability.
3. Rental Pricing
Rental prices shown on the website may change without prior notice.
Prices may vary depending on:
- Rental duration
- Quantity
- Seasonal demand
- Special requests
Custom quotations may be provided for long-term rentals or large projects.
All prices shown on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Payments
Payment must be completed before rented items are collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the type, quantity, value, and condition of the rented items.
The deposit amount will be confirmed by our warehouse team before pickup.
The security deposit is separate from the rental fee and will be refunded after all items have been returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
We may deduct repair costs, replacement costs, cleaning fees, late return charges, or any other outstanding amounts from the security deposit.
6. Pickup & Return
Customers are responsible for collecting and returning rented items from the Jellyfish Props warehouse on the agreed dates and times.
Responsibility for the rented items transfers to the customer once the items have been collected and remains with the customer until the items are returned and accepted by Jellyfish Props.
7. Inspection of Items
All rented items are inspected before they leave our warehouse.
Customers should inspect all items at the time of pickup and report any damage or missing items before leaving the warehouse.
If no issues are reported, the items will be considered accepted in good condition.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Handle all rented items with care.
Use the items only for their intended purpose.
Protect the items from rain, water, sand, excessive sunlight, paint, glue, smoke, chemicals, and other harmful conditions.
Store the items safely during the rental period.
Return all items in the same condition they were received, except for normal wear and tear.
Customers may not paint, drill, cut, glue, modify, repair, disassemble, sub-rent, or transfer rented items without our written approval.
9. Damage, Loss & Theft
Customers are fully responsible for all rented items from the time they are collected until they are returned and accepted by Jellyfish Props.
If an item is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged beyond repair, or not returned, Jellyfish Props may:
Charge additional rental fees until the matter is resolved.
Deduct part or all of the security deposit.
Charge the full replacement value of the item.
Recover transportation, sourcing, repair, restoration, administrative, and other related costs.
10. Cleaning
Items must be returned in the same clean condition in which they were supplied.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if extra cleaning is required.
11. Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
Failure to return rented items may also result in replacement charges and legal action where necessary.
12. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date are eligible for a full refund of rental payments made.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Once rented items have been collected, rental fees are non-refundable.
Security deposits will be refunded after all rented items have been returned and inspected, less any approved deductions.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
13. Limitation of Liability
Jellyfish Props is not responsible for:
Indirect or consequential losses.
Business or production delays.
Event cancellations.
Loss of profits.
Delays caused by suppliers or third parties.
Customers are responsible for using rented items safely and correctly. Jellyfish Props is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications of rented items.
14. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Use it for illegal purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, logos, branding, graphics, designs, and text, is the property of Jellyfish Props unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
16. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
17. Changes to These Terms
Jellyfish Props may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version published on our website will apply to all future rentals.
18. Force Majeure
Jellyfish Props is not responsible for delays or failure to provide its services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, floods, pandemics, government actions or restrictions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, power outages, or other similar events.
If such an event occurs, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel bookings where necessary. Whenever possible, we will notify customers and consider suitable alternatives or refunds based on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, making a payment, collecting rented items, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
